This project, filmed on location in Redwood City, highlights the struggles faced by a local community dealing with unsafe and unfit living conditions. Through a blend of interviews, drone footage, and on-the-ground “B-roll” visuals, we captured the hardships these residents endure as they work to secure grants and loans to repair their homes and improve their standard of living.

This video, commissioned to document the public unveiling of a vibrant building-wide mural, celebrates the life and legacy of Oakland youth Jazz Amira.
